Terms of Service

1.1 The Service is intended for users (e.g., teachers, students, content creators, businesses) to generate quizzes from uploaded content for personal or professional use.

1.2 The Service includes free and paid plans (freemium model). Free plans have limited usage; paid plans offer expanded features via subscription.

1.3 The Company reserves the right to update or change the plans (both paid and free), including features, limits, and availability, at any time with or without notice.

1.4 The Company makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of generated quizzes. Use at your own risk.

1.5 The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice.

2.1 As a registered user, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your password.

2.2 You must use your account manually and not through any automated means, including but not limited to, bots or scripts. Excessive or unreasonable use of the services, including but not limited to generating an unusually high number of quizzes in a manner that disrupts the normal operation of the platform, is strictly prohibited. To ensure fair usage, the Company may limit the creation and usage of quizzes to a maximum of 700 per month.

3.1 Subscriptions are billed via Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles all payment processing, tax/VAT collection, and compliance on our behalf. Subscriptions are non-refundable, except at our discretion (e.g., for technical issues unresolved by us) or where legally required. We are open to discussing refunds on a case-by-case basis.

3.2 Cancel subscriptions manually in your account settings. Cancellation may result in immediate loss of paid features. Contact us if issues arise.

3.3 Free plans require no payment but are subject to usage limits.

4.1 You are responsible for content you upload and generate.

4.2 Prohibited content includes harmful, unlawful, or infringing material. Violations may lead to account termination.

5.1 Generated quizzes are owned by you (the user) and may be used for personal or professional purposes, including commercial redistribution if you hold rights to the original uploaded content.

5.2 You grant us a limited license to process your uploaded content for quiz generation. Original files are deleted post-extraction; extracted text is stored for service purposes.

5.3 Do not upload content you do not have rights to. You warrant compliance with intellectual property laws.

6.1 Comply with all laws in your use of the Service.

6.2 You represent that you have rights to any uploaded content.
